基于70%低地板有轨电车车辆基本参数和技术要求,设计了有轨电车非动力转向架,详细介绍了非动力转向架构架的结构型式。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对构架进行离散,参照相关标准对其进行静强度、疲劳强度及模态分析,根据分析结果对构架局部结构进行改进和优化。计算结果表明,构架在满足强度要求的同时能够减轻自重,实现轻量化,在运行过程中车辆与构架不会产生共振等不利情况。
Based on the basic parameters and technical requirements of 70% low-floor tramcar, a non-powered bogie for tramway was designed and the structure of non-powered bogie frame was introduced in detail. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to discretize the framework. The static strength, fatigue strength and modal analysis of the frame are done according to relevant standards. The local structure of the frame is improved and optimized according to the analysis results. The calculation results show that the structure can meet the strength requirements while reducing self-weight, achieving weight reduction and avoiding resonance between the vehicle and the structure during operation.
