当前,盐业体制改革方向不可逆转的盐改政策带来了市场变局,长期垄断市场正快速向竞争性市场转型。要在改革中促转型求发展、打赢生死存亡的攻坚战,加强思想引导,坚定信心、迎接挑战、勇担风险,成为了思想政治工作的新内涵,也只有在变革中创新思想政治工作思路,助推改革转型,才能完成时代赋予思想政治工作的光荣而神圣的使命。由单一型向多样型转变随着盐业体制改革的不断推进,新旧体制随之转换,利益格局将出现新的调整,这促进了职工的思想进一步活跃。
