本文针对昆明市某小区建筑桩基施工技术及质量控制措施进行分析与研究,从而保证工程质量。目前在软土区高层建筑中采用桩筏形式基础较多,以提高地基承载力和减少不均匀沉降,但由于昆明地区岩土分布极不均匀,且地下水分布也较复杂,因此桩基的施工质量既关键又较难控制,况且桩基施工质量直接影响上部结构的安全。这就要求我们对勘察、设计、施工、监理等环节进行全过程质量控制。
This article analyzes and studies the pile foundation construction technology and quality control measures of a residential building in Kunming to ensure the project quality. At present, there are more piles and rafts in high-rise buildings in soft soil area so as to increase the bearing capacity of foundation and reduce uneven settlement. However, due to the extremely uneven geotechnical distribution in Kunming area and the complicated groundwater distribution, pile foundation construction Quality is both critical and difficult to control, besides, the quality of pile construction directly affects the safety of the superstructure. This requires us to investigate, design, construction, supervision and other aspects of the entire process of quality control.
