目的:建立新的、保证教学质量的教学管理模式,使教学大课堂成为学生获取知识、增强能力的场所,培养二十一世纪需要的合格专业人才。方法:将PDCA循环管理模式即:计划(Plan)执行(DO)检查(Check)处理(Action)。应用于整个高职英语教学全过程。结果:通过该模式的实施,使教学工作更加规范化和科学化,减少了教学的随意性和盲目性。结论:PDCA循环管理模式应用于高职英语教学全过程,进一步优化了教学过程,使教学质量明显提高。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a new teaching management model that guarantees the quality of teaching so that the teaching classroom can become a place for students to acquire knowledge and enhance their abilities and cultivate qualified professionals needed in the 21st century. Methods: The PDCA cycle management model: Plan (DO) check (Check) Action (Action). Applied to the whole process of vocational English teaching. Results: Through the implementation of this model, the teaching work is more standardized and scientific, reducing the randomness and blindness of teaching. Conclusion: The PDCA cycle management model is applied to the whole process of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, which further optimizes the teaching process and obviously improves the teaching quality.
