管理就一般含义来说,是对系统的控制,即指人们为达到预期目标而进行的有计划的活动,是人们共同劳动的客观需要,凡是许多人一起相互配合共同工作,就必须有管理,有管理就一定要有高素质的管理者。 一.基层管理者的内涵。 我们所谈的基层管理是指与他人工作的促进、指挥和检查有关的,并以完成(1)个人目标以及(2)公司目标为最终目标的管理活动。而基层管理者就是指那些主要职责是从事直接管理的人们,判断标准有三点:①独立思维;②行使决定权;③工作主要是脑力而非体力。
