利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对DC04系列深冲钢进行了单道次压缩试验,得到该钢种连铸坯在进行CSP轧制时高温变形过程中的真应力-应变曲线,通过回归分析得到其动态再结晶数学模型为:Z=ε觶exp(194.021RT);动态再结晶的判定条件分别为Z=8.817×107exp(15.736εc)、Z=8.009×107exp(9.928εs)。在此基础上建立动态再结晶的三维模型图,利用该模型图可有效避免轧制时产生的混晶现象。
The single pass compression test of DC04 series deep drawing steel was carried out by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine, and the true stress-strain curve of the steel slab during high temperature deformation during CSP rolling was obtained. Through regression analysis, The mathematical model of dynamic recrystallization is Z = ε 觯 exp (194.021RT). The dynamic recrystallization conditions are Z = 8.817 × 107exp (15.736εc) and Z = 8.009 × 107exp (9.928εs) respectively. On the basis of this, a dynamic three-dimensional model of recrystallization is established. By using the model, the mixed crystal phenomenon during rolling can be effectively avoided.
