科学技术的负面效应之所以存在,政治是首要因素,科学技术的“政治化”是科学技术负面效应的前提或基础,政治的“科学技术化”是其负面效应的现实效用。唯产值主义的传统经济发展模式和人类经济利益的对立与分裂,是科学技术负面效应的经济根源。人的认识存在着主观与客观的制约,故此,科学技术活动就会带有某种盲目和无知。
The negative effects of science and technology exist. Politics is the primary factor. The “politicization” of science and technology is the precondition or foundation of the negative effects of science and technology. The political “science and technology ” is the practical effect of its negative effects. The contradiction and division between the traditional economic development model of only value-producingism and the economic interests of mankind are the economic roots of the negative effects of science and technology. There is a subjective and objective restriction on human cognition. Therefore, science and technology activities carry some kind of blindness and ignorance.
