胚性愈伤组给与非胚性愈伤组织核酸与蛋白质代谢表现很不一样,胚性愈伤组织代谢话跃,而非胚性愈伤组织代谢缓慢。与其相适应的形态解剖学差异表现在细胞大小、染色深浅、胚性细胞团多少、细胞质浓厚稀薄、细胞核明显或不明显等方面。外部形态最终反映在愈伤组织质地、颜色、表面等特征上,胚性愈性组织质地坚实但易碎、表面光滑、粒状、淡黄色。而非胚性愈伤组织质地松散有水渍状、表面粗糙、多呈白色。这一结果表明可从外部形态、组织学和生化指标等加以判别,并通过改变内部与外部条件,控制胚性与非胚性愈伤组织的形成。
Embryogenic calluses given non-embryogenic callus nucleic acid and protein metabolism performance is very different, embryogenic callus metabolic leap, rather than embryogenic callus slowly metabolized. The anatomical differences corresponding to its performance in the cell size, staining depth, the number of embryogenic cells, dense and thin cytoplasm, obvious or uncleaved nuclei and so on. The external morphology is ultimately reflected in the callus texture, color, surface and other characteristics, embryogenic callus solid texture but brittle, smooth, granular, light yellow. The non-embryogenic callus loose texture with water-like, rough surface, mostly white. This result indicates that it can be distinguished from external morphology, histology and biochemical indicators, and control the formation of both embryogenic and non-embryogenic callus by changing internal and external conditions.
