2000年8月11日,《山东省农业厅职能配置、内设机构和人员编制规定》经山东省人民政府批准,山东省农业厅机构改革大盘敲定。 这次改革对原山东省农业厅的某些职能进行了调整,转变的职能有:加强农业产业政策研究;强化对农业社会化服务体系建设的指导和农业质量标准管理工作;将能源技术推广、农技人员及农民培训等职能交给有关事业单位。划出的职能有:将农村环境保护的职能交给省环境保护局。
August 11, 2000, “Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture functional configuration, internal agencies and staffing rules” approved by the Shandong Provincial People’s Government, Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture restructuring of institutions finalized. The reform of the Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture to adjust some of the functions of the transformation of the functions are: to strengthen agricultural industrial policy research; strengthen the social service system of agricultural guidance and agricultural quality standards management; energy technology promotion, Agricultural workers and peasants training and other functions to the relevant institutions.
