目的在经过反复灭鼠后小家鼠成为绝对优势种群的济南农村地区,观察采用毒饵盒对小家鼠的控制效果。方法 2014年7月选择济南市东部某乡村的982间房间,分为3组。第1~2组毒饵盒中放0.05%敌鼠钠小麦粒;第3组毒饵盒中放玉米粒毒饵。灭效考核为夹夜法和格粉板法(S100格法)。结果灭鼠前第1~2组以夹夜法调查小家鼠占总捕获数的95.24%(20/21);格粉板法调查小家鼠占种群组成的97.14%。灭鼠后格粉板法测得10、20、30和60 d控制效果分别为92.55%、93.27%、98.34%和98.51%。10 d与20 d比较无显著性差异(u=1.75,P>0.05);10 d分别与30、60 d比较均差异十分显著(u=12.31,12.84,P<0.01);20 d分别与30、60 d亦差异十分显著(u=10.78,11.33,P<0.01);而30 d与60 d比较则无显著差异(u=0.70,P>0.05)。第3组于灭鼠前以夹夜法调查小家鼠占总捕获数的92.59%(25/27),格粉板法调查占种群组成的95.32%。灭鼠后10 d和20 d的控制效果分别为79.07%和95.93%,差异十分显著(u=18.18,P<0.01)。结论毒饵盒能够有效地控制小家鼠的种群密度。
Objective To observe the control effect of using bait box on Mus musculus in the rural areas of Jinan after repeated rodent-killing mice become absolute dominant populations. Methods In July 2014, 982 rooms in a village in the eastern part of Jinan City were selected and divided into three groups. Group 1 ~ 2 put bait box 0.05% sodium molybdate natrium wheat; group bait box bait put corn kernels. Out of effect for the examination method for the folder folder nocturnal law (S100 grid method). Results In the first and second groups before rodent infestation, 95.24% (20/21) of the total mussels were investigated by the method of catgut nocturnal and 97.14% of the mice were investigated by the gridding method. The control effects after 10, 20, 30, and 60 d of deratization and post-mortar test were 92.55%, 93.27%, 98.34% and 98.51% respectively. There was no significant difference between 10 and 20 days (u = 1.75, P> 0.05). On the 10th day, there was significant difference between 30th and 60th day (u = 12.31,12.84, P <0.01) , 60d also had significant difference (u = 10.78, 11.33, P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between 30d and 60d (u = 0.70, P> 0.05). In the third group, 92.59% (25/27) of the total mussels were investigated by the nocturnal night-time method before deratomycin administration, and 95.32% of the total population by the gridding method. The control effects at 10 d and 20 d after rodent control were 79.07% and 95.93%, respectively, with significant differences (u = 18.18, P <0.01). Conclusion The bait box can effectively control the population density of Mus musculus.
