观察了92例携不同载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因型的脑梗塞患者血脂变化,结果显示:ε4携带组TC水平明显高于ε3纯合组、ε2携带组及对照组(P<0.05),LDL-C水平明显高于ε3纯合组(P<0.05)、ε2携带组及对照组(P<0.01),ε2携带组TG水平明显高于ε3纯合组及对照组(P<0.05)。提示ApoE多态性对脑梗塞的影响可能是干扰脂代谢所致,而携ε3纯合基因的患者似与脂代谢异常无关。
The changes of blood lipids in 92 patients with cerebral apoplexy with different apolipoprotein E (ApoE) genotypes were observed. The results showed that the levels of TC in ε4-bearing group were significantly higher than those in ε3 homozygous group, ε2-carrying group and control group (P <0.05) LDL-C levels were significantly higher than that of ε3 homozygous group (P0.05), ε2 carrying group and control group (P0.01), ε2-carrying group was significantly higher than that of ε3 homozygous group and control group (P0.01) .05). Tip ApoE polymorphism on cerebral infarction may be caused by interference with lipid metabolism, and patients with ε3 homozygous gene seems to be unrelated to lipid metabolism.
