针对新风手术室内环境卫生控制需求,结合现代电子技术,提出一种基于PLC控制的新风手术室通风排风系统。对此,为实现对手术室空调控制系统,首先对PLC控制原理和特点进行分析;其次结合实际的工程,对手术室通风排风系统进行布局;再次,结合上述的分析,分别从硬件和软件角度对通排风系统进行设计,包括整体硬件架构、PLC选型、通信协议等;最后根据上述的设计对系统进行测试,结果表明本文设计方案可行,可为新风手术室进行通排风功能,保障手术室内的空气清洁。而通过该设计,也为医院手术室洁净需求和电子技术的结合提供了设计案例参考。
