河南省煤炭工业“七五”期间取得了令人瞩目的成绩.原煤产量突破8000万吨大关,达到9000万吨水平,提前一年实现“七五”计划目标,为河南经济建设做出了贡献.为了认真贯彻七中全会精神和省五次党代会、全国能源工作会议精神,落实省委、省政府提出的“团结奋进,振兴河南”的指导思想,河南省煤炭厅提出“八五”以至今后10年内煤炭工业发展的战略思路.即“瞄准一个目标,抓住两个关键,打好三个战役;建设好四个发展矿区”.地方煤矿侧重于“调整结构,挖潜增效,科学管理”.
