从本质上讲,分光光度法可以用来判断药物的性质,综合运用定量测量与定性分析的方式来检测发光强度或者物质吸光度。运用分光光度法来判断药物性质时,应当依照特定波长限度内的待测药物吸光度来加以判断。相比于其他类型的药物分析法,分光光度法更适合运用于药物分析,在此前提下也体现了良好的适用性。开展药物分析的基本宗旨就在于判断药物内部的成分,进而为药物本身的安全性提供保障。为此对于现阶段的药物分析而言,应当明确分光光度法的基本特征及其技术内容;结合药物分析运用分光光度法的发展现状,探求完善技术运用的可行措施。
In essence, spectrophotometry can be used to determine the nature of the drug, the combined use of quantitative measurement and qualitative analysis to detect the luminous intensity or substance absorbance. The use of spectrophotometry to determine the nature of the drug should be judged according to the absorbance of the drug under test within a specified wavelength limit. Compared with other types of drug analysis, spectrophotometry is more suitable for drug analysis, in this context also reflects the good applicability. The basic purpose of conducting a drug analysis is to determine the internal components of the drug, thereby providing protection for the safety of the drug itself. Therefore, for the current phase of drug analysis, the basic characteristics and technical contents of spectrophotometry should be clarified. With the development of spectrophotometry for drug analysis, the feasible measures to improve the application of technology are explored.
