采用放射免疫分析和原子发射光谱法对56例作下肢手术而无全身性疾病者的脑脊液及血清中SOD-1、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Fer、β_2-m、SIgA含量进行了测定。结果表明,脑脊液中含量低于血清(脑脊液中含量:血清中含量<1)、各种被测物的分子量与脑脊液/血清比值呈负相关,提示具有滤过机制。但是,SOD-1(分子量为32000,脑脊液/血清比值为0.6±0.1)及β_2-m(分子量为15800,脑脊液/血清比重为0.45±0.11),用脉络丛单纯滤过机制不能解释,可能还因滤过液通过脉络膜丛上皮细胞产生分泌性变化所致。
The content of SOD-1, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Fer, β_2-m and SIgA in cerebrospinal fluid and serum of 56 patients without systemic diseases undergoing lower extremity operation were measured by radioimmunoassay and atomic emission spectrometry. The results showed that the content of CSF in serum was lower than that in serum (CSF content <1). The molecular weights of various analytes were negatively correlated with CSF / serum ratio, suggesting a filtration mechanism.
