本文根据动力学的原理对无锡轻工业学院与天津轻工业学院合编的《食品工厂机械与设备》一书中的食品振动筛动力参数的选择公式重新进行了推导,认为有必要在原有公式的基础上增加二个新的参数,即正向滑动系数E和反向滑动系数F。文章根据食品原料的动力学特征和食品振动筛的结构参数,较详细讨论了食品振动筛的主要动力参数选择的依据,提出了正向滑动系数E和反向滑动系数F的数值范围。
Based on the principle of dynamics, this paper re-derives the selection formula of dynamic parameters of food shaker in the book “Food Machinery and Equipment” co-edited by Wuxi Institute of Light Industry and Tianjin Light Industry College. Based on the original formula Add two new parameters, namely the forward sliding coefficient E and the reverse sliding coefficient F. Based on the dynamic characteristics of food raw materials and the structural parameters of food shaker, the paper discusses in detail the selection of the main dynamic parameters of food shale shaker, and proposes the numerical range of positive sliding coefficient E and negative sliding coefficient F.
