近三年我校发现直肠癌4例，但都已是中晚期，给治疗增加困难。为了掌握我校教师直肠肛管疾病情况，做到早期发现，早期治疗，于1991年3月对全校教师进行一次直肠癌、痔疮等直肠肛管疾病专科普查。结果如下：在675名教师中，发现3例直肠癌可疑者，患痔疮者312人，患病率为46．2? In the past three years, 4 cases of rectal cancer have been discovered in our school, but they are all in the middle and late stages, which makes it difficult to increase treatment. In order to master the conditions of the rectal and anal canal diseases of our school teachers, to achieve early detection and early treatment, a general survey of rectal and anal canal diseases such as rectal cancer and hemorrhoids was conducted in March 1991.
