2013年7月24日,山东齐峰特种纸业股份有限公司计划在加拿大投资设立全资子公司:中加国际贸易股份有限公司(暂定名,最终以实际核准的名称为准)。注册资本为1万加元,投资总额为300万加元,齐峰特种纸业以自筹资金出资,占其注册资本的100%。该子公司主要负责齐峰特种纸业原材料采购及产品海外销售。齐峰特种纸业称,中加国际贸易股份有限公司是齐峰股份投资设立的全资子公司,不存在其他投资主体。
July 24, 2013, Shandong Qifeng Specialty Paper Co., Ltd. plans to invest in Canada to set up a wholly owned subsidiary: Canada and China International Trade Co., Ltd. (tentative name, eventually the actual approval of the name). Registered capital of 10,000 Canadian dollars, a total investment of 3 million Canadian dollars, Qi Feng specialty paper to self-financing investment, accounting for 100% of its registered capital. The subsidiary is mainly responsible for the procurement of raw materials for Qifeng specialty paper products and overseas sales of products. Qi Feng Specialty Paper said that Canada and China International Trade Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qi Feng shares, there is no other investors.
