15只家兔分三组,分别静注30mg/kg,吸入暴露126和391ppm 氯仿中。用液上GC/MS 多离子检测技术定时测量观察血液氯仿浓度(C_b)的时间过程。在暴露6h 期间内,C_b 迅速上升,并基本维持在坪浓度2.37或25.0μg/ml 处,在暴露终止后,呈双相半对数-线性衰减,与二室线性药代动力学模型计算的浓度-时间曲线吻合。同时获得 t_((1/2)α)和 t_((1/2)β)分别为0.15~0.53h和1.3~1.6h,F 为15.5~52.5%等毒物动力学参数。
15 rabbits were divided into three groups, intravenous injection of 30mg / kg, inhalation exposure 126 and 391ppm chloroform.
