目的了解孝感市农村地区学龄前儿童生长发育基本情况。方法采取随机分层抽样方法抽取2015年全年孝感辖区内七个县市区各3~4所托幼机构及小学的2~6岁农村儿童,随机分为留守儿童组及非留守儿童组,调查生长发育的基本资料。结果 (1)两组中31~35、36~47、60~71、72~82周男童身高/身长均无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组中各年龄段男童体质量、头围、Hb值均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组中31~35、36~47、48~59、72~82周男童胸围均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组中各年龄段女童身高/身长、体质量、胸围均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组中31~35,48~59,60~71,72~82周女童头围无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组中36~47,48~59,60~71,72~82周女童Hb值均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(2)留守儿童低体质量和生长迟缓的检出率分别为0.14%、4.29%,非留守儿童分别为0.07%、4.50%,两组比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论孝感市农村地区儿童生长发育状况尚可,低体重及生长迟缓检出率低,孝感市农村居民对儿童生长发育较为重视。
Objective To understand the basic situation of the growth and development of preschool children in rural Xiaogan. Methods A random stratified sampling method was used to select rural children aged 2 to 6 years old from 3 to 4 child care institutions and primary schools in seven districts and counties in Xiaogan area in 2015. The children were randomly divided into left-behind children group and non-left-behind children group, Investigate the basic information of growth and development. Results (1) There was no significant difference in the height / length of boys between 31-35, 36-47, 60-71, 72-82 weeks in both groups (P> 0.05). The body mass, Head circumference, Hb values were no significant difference (P> 0.05). There were no significant differences in chest circumference between boys in 31-35,36-47,48- 59,72-82 weeks (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in height, body weight and chest circumference among girls of all ages in both groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in head circumference between 31-35, 48- 59, 60-71, 72-82 weeks in both groups (P> 0.05). There were no significant differences in Hb between 36 ~ 47, 48 ~ 59, 60 ~ 71, 72 ~ 82 weeks in both groups (P> 0.05). (2) The detection rates of left-behind children’s low-quality and growth retardation were 0.14% and 4.29% respectively, while the non-left-behind children were 0.07% and 4.50% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The growth and development of children in rural areas of Xiaogan are acceptable, the detection rate of low weight and growth retardation is low, and rural residents in Xiaogan City pay more attention to the growth and development of children.
