At a county economy seminar, a proprietor who ran a tea plantation for many years proposed that tea plantations spend a large sum of money each year hiring tea-picking, tea-making and tea-making technicians from overseas with high costs and high costs. Can the school train technical personnel in this field? The owner’s speech revealed a rather common phenomenon in rural areas over a long period of time: on the one hand, a large number of primary and secondary high school graduates have been trained in rural education and many qualified new students have been delivered to higher-level institutions; on the other hand, The development of rural industries is no shortage of people available, only to spend money recruiting talents from the field, and even formulated by the local government to introduce quite preferential policies to recruit talent. This phenomenon is worth our reflection on rural education.
