联轴器是高速动车组转向架驱动部分的关键部件。文章提出了350 km/h高速动车组用鼓形齿式联轴器结构方案,并利用ANSYS软件采用ANSYS/APDL语言的参数化建模方法对其形状复杂的关键部件进行了强度分析,分析过程按照启动时平衡及位移最大2种工况进行计算。结果表明,结构方案满足设计要求。
The coupling is a key component of the drive section of the high-speed EMU bogie. In this paper, the structure scheme of drum gear coupling for 350 km / h high-speed EMU is presented. The ANSYS / APDL language parametric modeling method is used to analyze the strength and complexity of the key components with complex shapes. Calculated according to the two conditions of balance and displacement at startup. The results show that the structural solutions meet the design requirements.
