The product is effective, lightweight, durable, economical, pollution-free, beautiful in appearance, in fact, is important to all industries. This is even more true for the automotive industry. In the automotive industry, the shape, performance, reliability and long life, low cost, and comfort consumers demand, must be consistent with government requirements for safe, fuel-efficient and low-pollution emissions, including manufacturing and operation. The face of these requirements, the new material must play a combined role. Plastics and composites offer the potential to reduce weight by reducing density and strengthening parts. New metal alloys, including ferrous and non-ferrous, may also reduce weight by using thinner cross-sections, the possibility of near-shaped formation, and densification while maintaining high strength. Coating improves corrosion and abrasion resistance and enhances appearance. In the meantime, conventional technologies can be substituted, but it is up to the harshness of advanced materials for the more efficient processes.
