随着V法铸造技术的广泛应用,较复杂的铸件也开始使用V法造型技术,因此对V法铸造薄膜的性能提出了更高的要求。为提高国产铸造EVA薄膜的性能,对其配方进行改进,测得各项力学性能和热成型性能都得到提高,最后在实际生产中进行了对比和验证。
With the V casting technology widely used, more complex castings have begun to use the V method of modeling technology, so the casting method V-cast film put forward higher requirements. In order to improve the properties of domestically made cast EVA films, the formulation of the films was improved, and the mechanical properties and thermoforming properties were all improved. Finally, the comparison and verification were made in actual production.
