由于有限字长的限制,使得工程应用中16点快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的结果中含有截尾噪声。在许多应用场合,该截尾噪声对系统性能具有一定的影响。为了能定量描述这种噪声,该文分析了16点FFT处理中信号与噪声的传递特性,得出了FFT输出的信噪比(SNR)。
Due to limited word length limitations, the result of a 16-point Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) in engineering applications contains truncation noise. In many applications, the truncation noise has some impact on system performance. In order to quantitatively describe this kind of noise, this paper analyzes the signal-to-noise transfer characteristics in 16-point FFT processing, and obtains the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the FFT output.
