日本的职业培训制度在世界上是首屈一指的,它主要有两大类型;一是由地方政府或雇佣事业团体开办的公共职业训练学校,专门从事对无职业者的培训;二是企业内部的职工培训,对职工进行有计划的专业技术训练。此外,有名气的企业还自办大学,用以弥补正规大学生“实际经验的不足”。进入八十年代,为适应现代化经济技术的需要,日本职业培训出现了三个新动向:第一,综合技术训练,即把各项技术统一起来,加强对现有职工的能力开发。如提高劳动生产率的能力;提高产品质量的能力;开发新产品的能力和扩大市场推销的能力等。第二,适应“国际化”的培训。这方面的培训有:加强对职工外语的培训;学习有关涉
