导游服务贯穿于旅游活动的全过程,教师在教学过程中应着重培养学生的实际应用能力。本文将情境教学方法引入导游业务的教学中来,并提出课程的设计思路和教学效果评价方式。一、情境教学法的概念界定情境教学法是指教师围绕某一教学主题,创设情景并引导学生扮演角色,将事件的发生、发展过程模拟或虚拟再现出来,让学生从中领悟教学内容,进而进行职业技能训练的一种亲验式教学方法。导游业务教学中的情境教学法,核心在于激 Tour guide service runs through the whole process of tourism activities, teachers in the teaching process should focus on training students practical ability.
