伴随着时代的进步,社会的多元化发展,新的形势下教师的教学工作正在发生着悄然的变化。如何进行新常态下的英语教学也正在成为英语教师关注的一大问题。作为一名高中英语教师,结合自己的教学心得,我认为英语教师应当在教学方向和教学方法等两大方面对自己的教学工作进行反思与改进,培养学生对英语学习的学习兴趣也绝对不能只停留在口号上;同时,英语教学方向也更应该明确:英语的学习不是简单地词汇,短语,句子的理解,更多是让学生了解英语的文化与生活,让英语的学习对学生以后的继续发展与成长起到积极的推动作用。
