在我校的层级课堂中推崇小组讨论的学习方式,但总感觉有时不够高效。小组讨论的无效,直接导致课堂教学的无效,让我有着很多困惑。在我的一节“三位数除以两位数的笔算除法”的磨课中,我发现这些困惑体现在:1.小组讨论分工不明确。有些小组一讨论,就变成了优生侃侃而谈,学困生呆若木鸡的时候,看样子好像很热闹,小组展示也很棒,但并没有形成一个互帮互助的氛围,学困生没有得到锻炼。2.小组讨论不够深入。在课堂上,小组讨论时,
