作业是课堂教学的有效补充和延伸,是英语教学中必不可少的环节。它给学生提供了实践和运用的机会,对巩固学生已学的知识,激发学生学习英语的积极性、主动性和创造性起到积极的促进作用。然而,现阶段英语作业的布置却存在不尽人意的地方:重复且繁多,形式单一,偏重于记忆,听读环节不重视,缺乏人性化,忽视过程,缺少激励。 Homework is an effective supplement and extension of classroom teaching, which is an indispensable link in English teaching. It provides students with opportunities for practice and application, and plays a positive role in consolidating students’ knowledge and stimulating their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity in learning English. However, there are still some unsatisfactory arrangements for English assignments at this stage: repetition and multiplicity, single form, emphasis on memory, emphasis on listening comprehension, lack of humanization, ignorance of processes and lack of motivation.
