本文以京剧为代表论述了传统戏曲艺术教育中“科班”教育形式和“口传身授”教学模式独具的优点和存在的缺憾 ,阐述了在高层次艺术人才培养中“教”与“学”的互动关系以及在人才选拔、课程设置和教学安排上应注意的问题 ,并从天赋条件、思维能力、合理的师生搭配、相应的舞台实践等方面探讨了影响优秀演员培养的诸多因素 ,从而对当代新型戏曲艺术高等教育提出了自己独特的看法。
