陈常铭,生于1924年,湖南东安人.1949年毕业于湖北农学院,1950年起历任湖南大学农学院助教,湖南农学院助教、讲师、副教授、教授.先后担任教研室主任、研究室主任、植物保护专业委员会主任,中国昆虫学会理事兼昆虫生态专业委员会负责人,中国植物保护学会及中国生态学会理事,湖南省昆虫学会理事长及名 Chen Changming was born in Dongan, Hunan Province in 1924. He graduated from Hubei Agricultural College in 1949 and served as assistant professor at Hunan Agricultural University and assistant professor, lecturer, associate professor and professor of Hunan Agricultural College since 1950.
