目的对优质护理在食管癌手术患者中的应用进行分析。方法取医院收治的食管癌手术患者106例,根据护理方法划分为对照组与观察组各53例,分别给予常规护理措施与优质护理措施,对两组患者平均住院时间、卧床时间、自行排痰时间以及并发症发生率进行比较。结果观察组术后卧床时间、自行排痰时间与平均住院时间均少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。观察组患者术后并发症发生率1.89%(1/53)低于对照组15.09%(8/53),差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论优质护理应用于食管癌手术患者护理中,对减少患者卧床时间、住院时间,降低并发症发生率,可起到明显作用,应在临床护理实践中进行推广。
Objective To analyze the application of quality nursing in esophageal cancer patients. Methods A total of 106 patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery admitted to the hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing method. The patients were given routine nursing measures and quality nursing measures respectively. The average length of hospital stay, bed rest time, Time and complication rates were compared. Results The postoperative bed rest, spontaneous sputum aspiration and average length of hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 1.89% (1/53), which was lower than that in the control group (15.09%, 8/53), with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing should be used in the nursing of patients with esophageal cancer surgery. It can play a significant role in reducing the patient’s time in bed, hospitalization and the incidence of complications, and should be promoted in clinical nursing practice.
