自从Yasargil和Donaghy于1967年首次报告应用显微神经外科技术行颅外—颅内血管吻合术治疗闭塞性脑血管病以来,国内也相继报导。我院自1980年9月至1981年7月,共施行颅外—颅内血管吻合术治疗闭塞性脑血管病6例,现报告如下。
Since Yasargil and Donaghy first reported in 1967 the application of micro-neurosurgical techniques for extracranial-intracranial vascular anastomosis for the treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular disease, the country has also been reported. Our hospital from September 1980 to July 1981, a total of extracranial-intracranial vascular anastomosis in the treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular disease in 6 cases, are as follows.
