目的:探讨无缝隙护理管理在内科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年5~10月医院内科19名护士及120例内科患者作为观察组研究对象,给予无缝隙护理管理。而2015年11月~2016年4月医院内科19名护士及120例内科患者作为对照组研究对象,给予常规护理管理。比较两组护理服务质量及患者满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者对基础护理质量、病房管理、病例书写、健康宣教、护理操作等方面护理质量评分均明显提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者对护理服务满意度明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理管理应用于内科护理,能够明显提高护理服务质量,改善患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective: To explore the application effect of seamless nursing management in medical nursing. Methods: From May to October 2016, 19 nurses and 120 medical patients in the hospital were selected as the observation group and given seamless care management. And from November 2015 to April 2016, 19 nurses and 120 medical patients in the department of internal medicine were selected as the control group and were given routine nursing management. The quality of care service and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly improved the quality of nursing care in basic nursing quality, ward management, case writing, health education and nursing operation (P <0.05); compared with the control group, the observation group patients Satisfaction with nursing services improved significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Seamless nursing management is applied in medical nursing, which can obviously improve nursing service quality and improve patient satisfaction with nursing service.
