本文主要介绍采用TIG自动焊方法,焊接厚度为0.05毫米~0.5毫米的不锈钢超薄板结构工艺的情况。超薄板不锈钢焊接时遇到的主要问题是烧穿、变形及小电流电孤稳定性问题,为解决这些问题,可采用设计合理的接头型式、气压琴键夹具、选择合理的焊接规范等工艺措施,经长期生产实践表明,这些措施是可行的。为提高不烧穿的稳定性,采用脉冲电流效果更好。超薄板Cr—Ni不锈钢焊接时,也有热裂缝问题。裂缝主要与板材的化学成分有关。为控制焊缝获得(Γ+5%α左右)双相组织,除控制化学成分符合标准外,还应控制Cr/N_1比值大于或等于1.9为好,或按不锈钢标准供货。为鉴别材料的抗裂性能,本文采用相同焊接规范的熔透法,观察熔透焊缝的金相组织,如为单相纯奥氏体,则认为不合格,如为双相组织,则认为合格。 18—8Ti的超薄板焊接时,会在焊缝表面出现三角形的渣点。渣点可能是钛的氧化物,其数量的多少与焊接规范有关。因渣点会减薄焊缝有效厚度,国外将其列为一种焊接缺陷。我们采用Ar+0.5%H_2的混合气体TIG焊接法,可以解决渣点问题,并能获得银白色的焊缝。

The slag point may be titanium oxide, the number of which is related to the welding specification. Due to the slag point will reduce the effective thickness of the weld, which will be classified as a foreign welding defects. We use the mixed gas TIG welding method of Ar + 0.5% H 2, which can solve the problem of slag point and obtain silver-white weld.
