为贯彻落实中央和省委、省政府关于农业和农村结构战略性调整的部署，省财政厅于３月８日至１０日在武汉召开全省财政支农工作座谈会，学习中央和省委、省政府农村工作会议精神，分析当前我省农业发展和财政支农工作面临的新形势，研究讨论财政支持农业结构调整政策措施。会议期间，各市州财政局领导围绕农业和农村经济结构调整这一主题，结合各地实际，就财政支持农业结构调整的主攻方向、财政支持农业科技推广和社会化服务体系建设、西部开发与财政支农、支农资金和农业财务管理等重大问题进行了深入讨论。现摘发部分发言，以供交流和参考。
