北京市染料厂在合成酞菁铜的过程中,使用大量的三氯苯做为溶剂。三氯苯虽经各种方法回收,但它还较多量地存在于废水中,不但污染了本厂总排放水,对于地下水源也发生污染。氯苯类化合物对人体皮肤、结膜和呼吸道刺激极为严重,有抑制中枢神经系统、损坏肝脏和肾脏的功能。工业废水排放标准中明确规定了各种氯苯类化合物的最高允许浓度。所以
