在职高数学课堂教学中,不同专业、不同层次的学生数学学习水平相差悬殊,而忽视个体差异进行大一统的数学课堂教学必将导致低效的教学。本课题分析了我校高二数学教学中存在的一些不良现象以及造成这些现象的主要原因;在此基础上提出了“分层教学”的措施,从三个维度实施了分层教学的实践,即在课堂教学中实施学生分层、专业分层、教学过程分层,以此来提高学生学习的主动性和成绩、激发数学学习的兴趣,从而进一步改善学生的学习行为,达成职高数学课堂的增效学习的目的。
