校本培训是提高教师专业水平的重要途径,也是学校可持续发展的有力保障。教师校本培训不能是一种固定的、程序化的模式,只有满足实践要求的多样化的校本培训方式,才有利于教师专业发展。在长期的教师培训实践中,我们立足学校实际,探索和总结出了一些有效的利于教师专业发展的校本培训方式。 School-based training is an important way to improve the professional level of teachers and is also a powerful guarantee for the sustainable development of schools.
