新课程改革已经进行几年了,作为一名教育工作者,我清楚的认识到,只有真正把新思想、新理念融入自己的脑海和行动中,融人到课堂教学的每一个环节,充分调动全体学生的积极性和创造性,生命之树才能常青。新标准、新教材带来了新的教学理念和教学方式,但是如果没有教师的教学法理念实质性的变革,那么课堂教学只是一种外在的、形式的变化,只不过是“穿新鞋走老路”。我常常在思考以下几个问题:
The new curriculum reform has been going on for several years. As an educator, I clearly realized that only by truly integrating new ideas and concepts into my own mind and action, I will fully mobilize every aspect of classroom teaching. With the enthusiasm and creativity of all students, the tree of life can be evergreen. New standards and new textbooks bring new teaching ideas and teaching methods. However, if there is no substantive change in the teaching method of teachers, then classroom teaching is only an external, formal change. It is simply “wearing new shoes. Take the old road."
