本文报道用AgI/Ag_2S混晶膜制备的碘离子选择性场效应敏感器,测定碘离子的线性范围在10~（-7）～10~（-1）mol·L~（-1）,选择性系数K_1~-.cl~（-1）为6×10~（-3）,提示该器件可望用于临床血碘和药典的监测。
In this paper, the iodine ion selective field effect sensor prepared by AgI / Ag 2 S mixed crystal film is reported. The linear range of iodide ion is 10 ~ (-7) ~ 10 ~ (-1) mol·L -1. The coefficient of K_1 ~ -.cl ~ (-1) was 6 × 10 ~ (-3), indicating that the device is expected to be used for the monitoring of clinical blood iodine and pharmacopoeia.
