试验地设在咸阳地区永寿县苗圃,土壤为黄增土。种条于1987年3月采自延安树木园。试验分设:(1)不同长度插穗试验;(2)种条不同部位采穗试验。当年4月1日整地,全面翻土,深度25cm。4月5日扦插,株行距为10×20cm。扦插方法为正插,仅露出1—2个芽。插后第三天浇透水一次,以后进行常规管理。试验结果是:(1)20cm 长插穗成活率最高,为83.3%;其次是25cm、15cm 和10cm,成活率分别为68.9%、62.2%和53.3%;最差的是5cm 长插穗,成活率仅22.6%。(2)从1年生种条基部采的插穗成活率最高,为85.4%,中部和上部分别为72.2%和65.6%;从2年生种条上部采的插穗成活率最高,为91.5%,中部和基部的分别为88.4%和81.9%。通过统计分析看出,1年生插
