将水稻植株的稻米、谷壳、根、茎叶4个部位进行预处理,湿法消解后,用ICP-AES测定各部位Cu、Zn、Ni、Al、Fe、Mn、P、Ca、Mg、K、Na、B 12种元素的含量。结果表明:谷壳中Cu、Zn、Ni、P、Ca、Mg、K、B的含量高于水稻植株其他部位含量;Al、Fe主要集中在水稻根部。各元素的检出限为0.001—10mg/kg。对国家标准物质大米(GBW10010)进行分析,结果与标准值吻合,方法准确可靠,结果满意。
The contents of Cu, Zn, Ni, Al, Fe, Mn, P, Ca, Mg, Ca and Mg in rice, rice husk, root, stem and leaf of rice plants were determined by ICP- K, Na, B content of 12 kinds of elements. The results showed that the contents of Cu, Zn, Ni, P, Ca, Mg, K and B in chaffs were higher than those in other parts of rice plants. Al and Fe were mainly concentrated in the roots of rice. The detection limit of each element is 0.001-10mg / kg. The national standard material rice (GBW10010) was analyzed and the results were in good agreement with the standard values. The method was accurate and reliable with satisfactory results.
