钛合金作为外科植入材料是近年研究和应用的热点,但纯钛的力学性能较差,Ti-6Al-4VELI合金含有毒性元素V,均不是理想的材料。最近,日本开发的Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr(TNTZ)β钛合金,其弹性模量较低,可通过机械热加工控制其力学性能,在医用领域有巨大的应用前景。但该合金的生物相容性还稍有不足,直接与骨结合的生物活性很差,因此有必要对其进行表面改性处理研究。
Titanium alloy as a surgical implant material is a hot research and application in recent years, but the mechanical properties of pure titanium is poor, Ti-6Al-4VELI alloy contains toxic elements V, are not the ideal material. Recently, Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr (TNTZ) β titanium alloy developed in Japan has a low elastic modulus and can be mechanically controlled by mechanical heat treatment to have great application prospects in the medical field. However, the biocompatibility of the alloy is still somewhat inadequate, and the biological activity of binding to the bone is very poor. Therefore, it is necessary to study the surface modification of the alloy.
