幼儿与同伴相互交往中,常常会为了一本书、一把椅子、一块积木等诸如此类的小事而发生大声争辩、物品争夺、身体攻击等争吵行为。争吵历来不被社会认可,幼儿争吵,同样被视为一种影响友好关系,不利幼儿身心发展的有害交往方式。为此,不少教师对班内幼儿争吵现象十分烦心,她们一怕影响班级正常秩序,二怕影响幼儿品德发展,当然也担心领导据此怀疑自己的工作态度和能力。所以幼儿一旦争吵教师们就会采取各种措施。
