就好象在工业生产工作中要经常考虑产品的规格一样,在我们教育工作中,要经常考虑总的培养目标问题,就是:究竟要把学生培养成怎样的人? 毛主席说:“我们的教育方针,应该使受教育者在德育、智育、体育几方面都得到发展,成为有社会主义觉悟的有文化的劳动者。”(《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》) 要把学生培养成为有社会主义觉悟的有文化的劳动者,这就是我们各级各类学校的总的培养目标。我们各级各类学校里的党的工作、行政工作和教学工作,都要为这个总的培养目标服务,把这个总的培养目标作为我们进行一切工作的标准。
