目的:探讨变应原疫苗治疗过敏性哮喘的疗效和机制。方法:测定100例过敏性哮喘患者变应原疫苗治疗前及治疗后FEV1、PD20-FEV1、CD4、CD8、IL-4和IFN-γ的变化。结果:治疗后FEV1、PD20-FEV1、CD8和IFN-γ较治疗前明显增加,而CD4和IL-4较治疗前明显降低,经统计学处理均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:变应原疫苗对过敏性哮喘有稳固疗效,其机制可能是通过纠正Th1/Th2平衡失调、调节性T细胞对免疫应答的抑制性调节综合作用的结果。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of allergen vaccine in the treatment of allergic asthma. Methods: The changes of FEV1, PD20-FEV1, CD4, CD8, IL-4 and IFN-γ in 100 patients with allergic asthma before and after treatment were measured. Results: After treatment, the FEV1, PD20-FEV1, CD8 and IFN-γ significantly increased compared with those before treatment, while the levels of CD4 and IL-4 were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P <0.05). Conclusion: The allergen vaccine has a stable therapeutic effect on allergic asthma. The mechanism may be the result of correcting the combined effect of regulatory T cells’ immune suppression by adjusting imbalance of Th1 / Th2.
