秦岭龙胆(Gentiana apiata N.E.Br.)为龙胆科龙胆属植物,又名茱苓草,产于秦岭太白山,生于海拔3200～3700m的高山草地或灌丛中,以干燥全草入药。为一民间草药,具有调经活血、清热明目、利尿作用,用于妇女月经不调、腹痛、小便不利等证。药理实验表明,秦岭龙胆醇提物能显著降低血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)并对CCL_1造成的肝损伤有保护作用(另报)。
Gentiana apiata NEBr. is a gentian plant of the genus Gentiana. It is also known as valerian. It is produced in the Taibai Mountains of the Qinling Mountains and was born in alpine meadows or shrubs at an elevation of 3200-3700 m. . It is a folk herbal medicine with the functions of menstruation, blood circulation, heat-clearing, eyesight and diuresis. It is used for women’s irregular menstruation, abdominal pain, and adverse urination. Pharmacological experiments showed that the extract of Gentiana gentiana can significantly reduce serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) and protect CCL_1 from liver injury (another report).
