班主任在做学生的思想工作时,要动之以情,晓之以理。学生的个性、兴趣爱好千差万别,这就要求班主任因人而异,采用不同的方式方法,拨动学生的心弦,使之感情升华,教育才会达到事半功倍的效果。
When the teacher in charge of doing ideological work of students, we must move to the situation, knowing the reason. Students ’personalities and hobbies vary widely. This requires that the teacher be different from person to person and adopt different ways and means to motivate the students’ hearts and feelings so that education will achieve a multiplier effect.
